Lets us hold hands and pray for the nation..



This is written to answer some of your questions in life.
It might not be able to answer all your qns, but I still hope it helps you and others
so that the body of Christ will be build up to be more like Christ.

About Peace and Prospertity..
I dunno who u are, so I dunno whether u were there when I was sharing about true peace at the Bridge today. I did share about what is true peace. Peace does not mean that nothing bad will happen, but true peace means despite of storms or thunder, we still experience Peace becoz we know that God is with us. He has control of everything.
So, today pebbles pray for our nation. for true peace.
For prosperity, hehe we didn’t really pray for that, but we pray for wisdom to face the problems in Singapore. The misuse of IT, The busyness we face everyday, people who is diagnosed with diseases and those pubs, casino n disco temptation.

May God bless Singapore with true peace ( People know the Lord )
and help us deal with the problems in Singapore.

I think you mean church denominations is it? And their faith is as below.
Church who believe God is the Creator.
Church who believe that Christ is God.
Church who believe Christ has the power to save us from sin.
Church who believe Christ die for us.
Church who believe Christ is risen!
Church who believe Christ will come again!

If these are the primary belief of the Church, they actually share the same kind of faith.
Is just that the way they praise God is different and different principles set by church authority. Of course there are some churches, which is more extreme in their beliefs. For example Speaking in tongues is the only sign of the coming of the Holy Spirit. I do not agree with this. Many things to talk about church denomination la, cant finish in a blog, but most importantly, know what you believe in, by reading the Bible more, His Word help us to stand firm on our faith whenever we face doubts in our walk on earth. READ THE BIBLE.

If you think this is a wrong mindset? And you don’t agree with him, read what the Bible says. Which scripture did he use to support this idea? Is always good to go back and think about what the speaker share on the day. So that you can remember God’s Word better and also to make sure the speaker share words from God.

My views about giving, giving need not in money form, what if those who do not have money? Christian in Cambodia, what can they give? They are so poor! They even have problems feeding their children.

Giving can be in other ways, show love, care, and, most impt message to give- GIVE THEM THE WORD OF GOD, that is to share the good news to them! That is an eternal blessing for them.

I think everyone has an expectation of good returns when they do something, some expect a “thank you” only, some expect “same return”, some expect a condominium out of a donation. Some expect nothing. So, what is your expectation of returns when you give? For me, I expect that person to receive love, joy and peace. Maybe one more thing I expect, a thank you. hehe
