To Sheng En,

Great to hear you are learning so much in YFC!
-----My advice for you-----
You may like to apply what you have learned in YFC at NLC.. there are many pple who needs follow up in this church.. I can give you the names if you are willing to do it. Don't worry whether you are good in talking or not.. most importantly, love the person you are helping.. when I said love... I mean lay down your life.. just like our good great shepherd! Jesus Christ who suffered for us...sinners! who is willing to lay down his life for us..

Start from where you are now.. I believe God wants you to follow Him step by step..
It is good to hear that you are learning soo much in YFC and already applying some of the skills in street E.. Hope you can apply what you have learn in our church too.. don't assume church members are ok.. everyone has their ups and downs.. thats why God put all the pebbles together .. to encourage! to push! to support! to remind! to love one another...

A Christian life is not a "everything goes well life", is a life of suffering, do u believe it? just like our Lord Jesus who suffered for us.. Are you willing to suffer for Christ? suffer all the rejections when you share the gospel? suffer all the embrassing moments if you didnt share well in a small group or the person you follow up with. suffer the mocking of your non-believer friends in school? suffer all the criticism that your own fellow bro n sis give you when you r trying so hard to serve God?

Our church need people who can talk heart to heart about their faith .. and not just worship leader, backup singer, PA assistant etc.... We need people who are relational.. who can relate God to the Lost ones! Christianity is about a relationship with God..is not a religion!

In Acts 20:24...
"However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace."

Indeed nothing in my life is more precious than doing a good job for Christ! (working with God.. and not work alone.. )
